As One Step Initiative expands the footprints of our Youth Global Ambassadors, it occurred to our team that it would be wonderful to offer incomparable travel experiences for adults. Thus, our for-profit organization One Step International was born! The One Step International team is actively working to cultivate unparalleled travel opportunities that will be engaging, exciting and unforgettable.

Adult Group Tours

One Step International (OSI) designs programs that are purposeful and customized to provide learning through cultural exchange activities, language immersion, and adventure travel. Only the safest of destinations are selected. Group leaders are highly trained professionals that know where to go and what to do in order to provide the most impactful traveler experience. OSI supports developments in East Africa by facilitating projects and programs that demonstrate the intersection between art, culture, design, health, sustainability, literacy and development through education. We work with international institutions, individuals, and service agencies to explore creative solutions to global and local challenges.

One Step International frames learning experiences within the context of cultural exchange and shared learning activities. For each activity, or segment of a trip, our leaders integrate an orientation, discussions, and a debriefing.

Our Goals

We believe that experience-based learning is a powerful way to connect people and ideas. At the heart of every OSI experience are well thought out interactive activities which cultivate reflection and experiential learning. Our goal is to equip all people with the skills and tools needed to succeed in an interdependent world.

Our Community
