Our youth ambassadors experienced an unforgettable teen study abroad adventure in Ghana, West Africa! They kicked off their journey with a departure from Memphis international, arriving at Kotoka International Airport in Accra. Students represented over 20 schools from across the tri-state (Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi) region.

Field Trip Day: One
On Field Trip Day One, dive into the heart of the culture with a visit to the bustling Market Center and the inspiring DuBois Center, where they gained insights into Ghana's history. Upon return, the students were able to discuss the importance of sustainability and develop art projects made with reusable materials.
Field Trip Day: Two
Field Trip Day Two took our students on a profound 2-day journey to Cape Coast Castle where they were deeply immersed in world history exploration and a thrilling treetop adventure in Kakum National Park.
Community Service Day
Finally, our students had an opportunity to give back during a Community Service Day by participating in a meaningful project that benefits a local village or organization in the greater Accra region, leaving a lasting impact on the community.
